Welcome to Level Up Media! I’m Chad Robson, the founder and the driving force behind this company. My journey in media production began long before my professional career—back when I was just a kid. At the age of 10, I started filming pretend news shows in my parents’ basement, and by 13, I was producing video content for my church’s Vacation Bible School. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong love for media production, and it’s been a thrilling journey ever since.
At 17, I began working in radio, which marked the start of my career in audio production. Following that, I served in the military and pursued my education. While these experiences took me outside of the media industry, they were essential in shaping who I am today. The military taught me discipline, leadership, and teamwork, while my education helped me better understand people—how to connect with them and serve them effectively. These skills have been invaluable in my work as a business owner and leader, and they also play a critical role in how Level Up Media serves clients and helps podcasters connect with their audiences. Building strategies that align with a creator’s voice and purpose is at the core of what we do.
Once I returned to my passion for media, I focused on podcast editing and production, helping creators bring their voices to life and build deeper connections with their audiences. This experience inspired me to create Level Up Media—a way to serve more clients, offer a broader range of services, and bring talented people on board to help achieve our collective goals.

Family is at the core of everything I do. As a proud parent of a 7-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son, they are my daily inspiration and the driving force behind why I do what I do. We love to travel and enjoy life together, and I understand how important it is to make time for the things and people that matter most. My mission is to not only help you launch and grow your podcast or YouTube channel, but also to streamline your workflow so you can find more time for the things you love—whether that’s family, travel, or simply enjoying life.
